How it works

• Email us at elarmariodemiperro2020@gmail.com within 60 days of your order date.
• Include your order number and the email address used to place the order.
• We'll refund the full product price to your original payment method. You don't need to send the product back.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Conditions

• The guarantee applies to one refund per customer, per product.
• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
• Orders bought from unauthorized resellers are not eligible.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Cancellations

Orders are sent to our US fulfillment center shortly after purchase. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been accepted for fulfillment, it can no longer be cancelled, but you're still covered by our 60-day guarantee.
