Shipping Policy
Free shipping on all US orders
We currently ship to all 50 US states. Shipping is free on every order.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and packed at our fulfillment center in the United States within 1-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).
Delivery time
Once shipped, standard delivery via USPS usually takes 2-4 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 3-9 business days of purchase.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or high-volume periods.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been accepted for fulfillment, we can no longer change the address.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, or it arrives damaged, email us and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
International orders
At this time we only ship within the United States.
